بررسی تجربی استحکام کششی، سختی و ریزساختار و شبیه‌سازی اجزاء محدود نمونه تیتانیوم ساخته شده با روش ترکیبی سینترینگ پلاسمای جرقه‌ای و اکستروژن برشی ساده

چکیده

در این تحقیق نمونه تیتانیوم با استفاده از روش سینترینگ پلاسمای جرقه­ای ساخته و در دمای اتاق با روش اکستروژن برشی ساده تحت فرآیند تغییرشکل پلاستیک شدید قرار گرفت. تأثیر سینترینگ پلاسما، آنیل و فرآیند تغییرشکل پلاستیک شدید بر تکامل ریزساختاری و خواص مکانیکی بررسی و سپس فرآیند اکستروژن توسط نرم­افزار Deform از طریق روش اجزای محدود شبیه­سازی شد. نتایج شبیه­سازی تطابق خوبی را با آزمایشات تجربی نشان داده است. برای انتقال شکست ترد به شکست نرم جهت سهولت شکل­دهی، نمونه­ تولیدی به مدت 5 ساعت و در دمای 800 درجه سلسیوس و تحت گاز محافظ آرگون آنیل شدند. استحکام کششی نمونه­ در مرحله سینترینگ 612 مگاپاسکال ثبت شد که این عدد بعد از آنیل 8/17 درصد کاهش و بعد از یک پاس اکستروژن 9/29 درصد افزایش داشته که تاثیر بالای تغییرشکل­­ پلاستیک شدید بر استحکام نمونه تیتانیوم را نشان می­دهد. همچنین سختی نمونه­ در مرحله سینترینگ به عدد 373 ویکرز رسیده است که بعد از آنیل 8/16 درصد کاهش و بعد از یک پاس اکستروژن 7/10 درصد افزایش داشته است.
