اثر کرنش های خمشی و غشایی کوپل شده بر تغییر شکل بزرگ پلاستیک ورق های مستطیلی تحت بارگذاری ضربه ای

چکیده

در این مقاله، اثر کرنش­های خمشی و غشایی کوپل شده بر تغییر شکل بزرگ پلاستیک ورق­های مستطیلی تحت بارگذاری ضربه­ای به دو صورت تحلیلی و تجربی موردمطالعه قرارگرفته است. به‌منظور پیش­بینی بیشترین خیز دائمی ورق­های مستطیلی، از روش انرژی بر مبنای تئوری حد بالا استفاده‌شده است. با فرض یک گستره  برای تابع تغییر شکل ورق، دو تحلیل انرژی پی‌درپی انجام‌شده است. در اولین مرحله، نشان داده می‌شود که جابه­جایی­های طولی و عرضی تأثیری بر مقدار کار پلاستیک و همچنین بیشترین خیز دائمی ورق ندارد؛ بنابراین، در ادامه روابط تحلیلی با صرف‌نظر کردن از جابه‌جایی‌های طولی و عرضی از روند تحلیل استخراج می­شوند. سپس در اولین تحلیل انرژی، یک مدل تحلیلی برای حالتی که در آن اثر انرژی­های کرنشی خمشی و غشایی هم‌زمان وارد معادلات می­شوند، ارائه‌شده است. سپس، با شرکت دادن فعل‌وانفعال کوپل شده بین کرنش­های خمشی و غشایی، مدلی تحلیلی برای پیش­بینی نسبت خیز مرکزی ورق مستطیلی به ضخامت آن ارائه می­شود. درنهایت، نتایج تحلیلی به‌دست‌آمده با نتایج تجربی مقایسه شده است و نشان می­دهد که تطابق خوبی با نتایج تجربی برای سرعت­های ضربه­ای، ضخامت و جنس­های متفاوت دارد.
