ارائه روشی جدید جهت حل مسائل انتقال گرمای وارون غیرخطی به کمک روش رگرسیون خوشه‌ای

چکیده

در این مقاله، روش جدیدی برای حل مسائل وارون گرمایی با استفاده از روش رگرسیون خوشه‌ای معرفی شده است. به‌منظور ارزیابی کارایی این روش در حل مسائل وارون گرمایی غیرخطی، دو مطالعه موردی در این مقاله انجام شده است که اولی تخمین ضریب انتقال گرمای همرفت آزاد یک میله مسی افقی و دومی تخمین ضریب انتقال گرمای یک میله کونچ شده در سیال با استفاده از تاریخچه دمایی میله هستند. برای تولید داده‌های ورودی از معادلات حل مستقیم انتقال گرمای میله و معادله تجربی چرچیل-چو استفاده و جهت آزمودن حساسیت روش به خطای تصادفی داده‌های ورودی، نویز مصنوعی با توزیع نرمال به نتایج دمای حل مستقیم اضافه شده است. نتایج روش رگرسیون خوشه‌ای با نتایج روش تخمین تابع متوالی و شبکه عصبی مقایسه شده‌اند. در مورد مسئله اول کمترین جذر میانگین مربعات خطای روش رگرسیون خطی، تخمین تابع متوالی و شبکه عصبی به ترتیب برابر 0129/0، 1231/0 و 0217/0 و برای مسئله دوم مقادیر 844/8، 09/54 و 634/71 بدست آمد.  روش حاضر پتانسیل استفاده در حل مسائل وارون گرمایی با کمترین خطا و  به‌صورت برخط را دارد.
