Therefore, it is desirable to provide a method for the treatment of cancer in a limited time. So, mixed chemo-immunotherapy treatment has been presented, and the mathematical model has been extended based on this new treatment protocol. The immunotherapy modifies the dynamics of the system, and the chemotherapy guides the trajectory of the system toward the preferred equilibrium point. For identifying the effective parameters on the modification of the system dynamics, the stability and the bifurcation of the system have been studied. Since the patient’s age is effective in providing treatment, a fuzzy system, based on physiological considerations, has been used to adjust the maximum dose for a young patient more than a child one and for a child patient more than an old. The simulations on three different age patients, 8, 22, and 60 years old, indicates the necessity of the provided treatment. The treatment duration in the old and child patients is shorter than the young one due to the stronger immune system assumption that shows the importance of the immunotherapy besides the chemotherapy. به دلیل اثرات جانبی داروهای سرطانی، امکان دارودهی در زمان‌های طولانی مدت وجود ندارد. بنابراین به دنبال ارائه روشی برای درمان سرطان در زمان محدود می‌باشیم. بدین جهت روش درمان ترکیبی ایمنی‌درمانی-شیمی‌درمانی ارائه می‌گردد و مدل درمانی سیستم بر مبنای این روش درمانی جدید توسعه می‌یابد. در این روش درمانی با استفاده از ایمنی درمانی به اصلاح دینامیک سیستم و با استفاده از شیمی‌درمانی به هدایت مسیر حرکت سیستم به سمت نقطه تعادل مورد نظر می‌پردازیم. برای یافتن پارامترهای موثر جهت اصلاح دینامیک سیستم، به تحلیل پایداری و پدیده انشعاب می‌پردازیم. ازآنجاییکه شرایط سنی بیمار در ارائه روش درمانی تاثیرگذار است، یک سیستم فازی با توجه به ملاحظات فیزیولوژیکی، بیشنه دوز دارو برای بیمارجوان را بیشتر از بیمار کودک و بیمار کودک را بیشتر از یک بیمار کهنسال تنظیم می‌کند. نتایج شبیه‌سازی بر روی سه بیمار 8، 22 و 60 ساله نشان‌دهنده ضروری بودن نوع درمان ارائه شده می‌باشد. طول دوره درمان به دلیل قوی‌تر فرض کردن سیستم ایمنی بدن در بیمار کودک و کهنسال از بیمار جوان کوتاه‌تر است که نشان دهنده اهمیت ایمنی‌درمانی در کنار شیمی‌درمانی است. https://tumechj.tabrizu.ac.ir/article_9662_395dd5f9499216a50b90f13eab71cbc6.pdf
