شبیه سازی جامد - سیال رگ مصنوعی آئورت ساخته شده از مواد هدفمند با ضرایب ناهمگنی متفاوت

چکیده

گرافت رگ مصنوعی از جمله عمل های پرکاربرد در بدن انسان است. برای جلوگیری از آسیب به همودینامیک خون، رفتار مکانیکی این پروتز باید هرچه نزدیکتر به رفتار رگ طبیعی باشد. هدف اصلی این مقاله ایجاد یک مدل مناسب برای بررسی رفتار رگ مصنوعی و سپس ارائه یک رگ مصنوعی مناسب با استفاده از مواد هدفمند تابعی است. در این مقاله، هندسه، ضخامت سه لایه‌ای مرکب و شرایط فشار خون در قسمت صعودی رگ واقعی آئورت به روش المان‌محدود درون نرم افزار Adyna  شبیه سازی شده و جابجایی شعاعی بر حسب زمان، جابجایی شعاعی بر حسب طول، تنش پیرامونی و تنش فون مایزز رگ به‌دست آمده است. پس از اعتبار‌سنجی شبیه‌سازی‌های انجام شده با نتایج کدنویسی، از دو ماده مصنوعی موجود و متداول برای ساخت رگ‌های مصنوعی جهت طراحی مواد هدفمند با ضرایب ناهمگنی مختلف استفاده شد. پس از شبیه‌سازی مواد هدفمند توانی و رگ واقعی (منظور از رگ واقعی اعمال خواص مکانیکی و لایه‌های مشابه رگ واقعی درون نرم افزار می‌باشد) در نرم‌افزار بصورت جامد-سیال، پارامترهای پاسخ برای مقادیر مختلف ناهمگنی محاسبه و با رفتار رگ واقعی مقایسه شد. نتایج این پژوهش پیشنهاد می کنند که استفاده از ماده هدفمند ساخته شده از داکرون، تفلون و پلی اورتان با ضریب ناهمگنی مناسب می تواند نزدیکترین رفتار را نسبت به رگ واقعی داشته باشد.
